A simple way to begin

    Write about PRIM, Boomerang, or a discipline that overlaps both.

  2. 02 Share the perspective

    A question, critique, relevant experience, introduction, or funding interest is enough. No proposal or deliverable is expected.

  3. 03 Talk through the fit

    If there is common ground, identify the product, technical, operational, or financial question worth exploring.

  4. 04 Agree on the terms

    If collaboration makes sense, define its scope and terms before substantive work begins.
